## 1. Eligibility for Returns
Most non-custom home textile items, including fabrics, curtains, bedding, blankets and rugs, may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your shipment.
To qualify for a return:
– Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and kept in original packaging.
– All tags and labels must remain attached.
– Custom-made products (custom sized curtains, custom bedding and custom cut fabrics) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
## 2. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery. If items arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects:
1. Take clear photos of the damaged products and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
2. Contact our support team at support@softprairietextiles.store with your order number and photos.
We will assess the case and arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.
## 3. Return Shipping Cost
– If the return is caused by our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping fee.
– If you return goods due to change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
## 4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we will send you an email notification.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
## 5. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned or refunded:
– Custom sized, cut-to-order or made-to-measure textile products
– Items that have been washed, stained, altered or damaged after delivery
– Clearance / final sale items
## 6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before production or shipment starts. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available and you will need to submit a return request after receiving the package.
